Every Batch Has Its Own COA
Each product batch has a COA (Certificate of Analysis) documenting its test results.
Standard COA tests cover microbiological parameters and moisture content. Additional tests are conducted as needed, depending on the product and its requirements. Other third-party test reports, where available, are also provided in the relevant product information.
Quality Management from Raw Materials to Finished Products
Product quality depends on more than final inspection. It requires quality management throughout the entire process, from incoming raw materials and manufacturing to finished product testing.
At SINGEN, quality checks and testing procedures are tailored to the characteristics and requirements of each product.
Incoming raw materials are checked against product specifications and requirements. Supplier information and batch records are retained for traceability.
Production follows established standard operating procedures (SOPs), with quality checks carried out during manufacturing to ensure that production requirements are met.
Finished products undergo the microbiological, moisture, nutritional, and other tests required by their respective specifications. Products are released only after meeting the applicable requirements.
Production and inspection records are maintained for each batch. Relevant quality information is available through COAs (Certificates of Analysis) and third-party test reports.

SINGEN maintains food safety and quality management systems tailored to different product categories and manufacturing operations. Our certifications include ISO 22000 and HACCP for food safety management, as well as GMP for veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing.
