With a long-standing foundation in veterinary drug research and manufacturing, SINGEN extends its accumulated experience in R&D, formulation, and quality management to pet food, nutritional supplements, and health care products for dogs and cats. Our R&D team consists of veterinarians and pharmacists, with formulation reviews conducted by our Chief R&D Officer who holds a pharmacist background. From raw material management and formula design to finished product inspection, we have established a corresponding product development and quality management system. Pet foods, such as dry kibble for dogs and cats, and supplements are all researched, developed, and manufactured in Taiwan.

From veterinary drugs and nutritional supplements to pet food, different products have distinct nutritional requirements, raw material characteristics, and manufacturing conditions. SINGEN conducts formulation design and product evaluation based on product positioning and usage needs.
Veterinarians and pharmacists jointly participate in product development, evaluating from multiple perspectives such as animal needs, nutritional requirements, raw material characteristics, and product positioning.
Evaluating raw material selection, inclusion rates, compatibility, safety, and regulatory compliance based on product characteristics. Every formula is reviewed by the Chief R&D Officer, and product conditions are verified through prototyping, stability testing, and palatability testing.

Quality Management from Raw Materials to Finished Products
SINGEN integrates quality management into crucial stages of the product lifecycle, including raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products.
Raw Material Management
Incoming materials are verified and subjected to necessary inspections according to raw material specifications and risks, retaining supplier and batch data.
Process Control
Production is executed according to standard operating procedures (SOP), with in-process control monitored by QA personnel to ensure compliance with product manufacturing conditions.
Finished Product Inspection and Release
Necessary microbiological, nutritional, and physicochemical tests are conducted according to product standards. Products are released only after meeting specifications.
Batch Traceability
Production records and batch data can be traced back to relevant raw material batches and supplier information, establishing a foundation for product quality traceability.
