Research & Product Development
Our R&D team, comprised of veterinarians and pharmacists, evaluates formulas, raw materials, and product conditions starting from the product direction, basic formula, or market demand.
From market research, product positioning, and raw material selection to formula design, pilot production, and testing, the R&D team develops and adjusts based on different product characteristics. All formulas are reviewed by our Chief R&D Officer, who holds a pharmacist background.

Kibble Production System & Manufacturing Process
We utilize the Bühler fully automated kibble production system from Switzerland. The manufacturing process includes dosing, grinding, mixing, extrusion, drying, vacuum coating, cooling, and packaging.
Weighing ingredients: Food ingredients are weighed precisely with central control system.
Grinding: Highly efficient grinder can grind materials to ultimate fineness to ensure complete nutrient intake for your pets.
Mixing: Mixing various ingredients more evenly with double stirring and mixing.
Twin screw extrusion: The formula, with high fat content, and plenty of fresh meat, fruits and vegetables, can be processed with twin screw extruder to produce kibbles with better interior quality and outer appearance.
Fresh meat inclusion system: After homogenization, fresh meat is transferred to the extruder via the conditioner. This process preserves the natural, fresh aroma of the raw ingredients, allowing the kibble to retain the authentic flavor of the original materials.
Continuous drying with computerized automatic control system to ensure uniform moisture distribution of the products.
Vacuum spraying oil first, and then spraying ingredients such as meat meal to make pet kibbles with more even nutritional distribution inside and outside and with more delicious taste.
Counter flow cooler can cool down the product quickly and comprehensively to ensure the product quality.
Nitrogen packaging, weight calibration, and X-ray inspection. Only pet food that passes these strict checks is approved for boxing and storage.
