Singen operates manufacturing facilities in Taiwan with production systems built on pharmaceutical manufacturing principles. Our animal pharmaceutical facilities are certified with cGMP standards and established based on PIC/S GMP principles, integrating automated production lines and standardized manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent product quality and reliability.

Extruded Dry Pet Food (Kibble) Manufacturing Process

Our dry kibble manufacturing process combines advanced production technology with precise process control to produce high-quality extruded pet food. Every stage is designed to preserve ingredient quality while delivering consistent nutrition, palatability, and product safety.

1. Ingredient Preparation, Grinding & Mixing

Ingredients are accurately weighed according to each formulation before being finely ground and thoroughly mixed. Our centralized weighing and automated mixing systems help ensure uniform nutrient distribution and consistent product quality throughout every production batch.

2. Twin-Screw Extrusion

Using advanced twin-screw extrusion technology, we manufacture dry pet food with a wide range of formulations, including recipes rich in fresh meat, functional ingredients, fruits, and vegetables. The process creates kibbles with excellent texture, appearance, digestibility, and nutritional stability.

3. Fresh Ingredient Processing & Pre-conditioning

Fresh meat, vegetables, and fruits are homogenized and transferred directly into the pre-conditioning system through an automated feeding process. This helps retain the natural characteristics of the ingredients while supporting efficient processing and consistent product quality.

4. Drying & Moisture Control

A computer-controlled drying system precisely regulates temperature and moisture throughout the process. This helps achieve consistent moisture distribution, supports product stability, and extends shelf life while maintaining the desired kibble quality.

5. Vacuum Coating

Vacuum coating technology evenly applies oils, palatability enhancers, and functional ingredients to the kibble surface. The vacuum process improves nutrient absorption, enhances flavor, and ensures a more uniform nutritional distribution.

6. Cooling & Nitrogen-Filled Packaging

After cooling, every batch undergoes weight inspection, nitrogen level verification, and final quality checks before packaging. Nitrogen-filled packaging helps maintain product freshness and protects nutritional quality during storage and transportation.
