Built on a foundation of veterinary pharmaceutical research and manufacturing, SINGEN continues to develop pet food, nutritional supplements, and pet healthcare products. From product development and raw material management to manufacturing processes and finished product testing, SINGEN establishes manufacturing and quality management procedures tailored to different product requirements. Product labeling and official quality documentation also provide information on product manufacturing and testing for reference.

In-House Product Development and Manufacturing

SINGEN products sold in Taiwan are independently developed by our Taiwan-based R&D team to meet local market needs and manufactured at our own facilities in Taiwan.

SINGEN began with veterinary pharmaceutical research and manufacturing before expanding into nutritional supplements and food products for dogs and cats.

From raw material selection and formula development to manufacturing processes, our Taiwan-based R&D team develops and adjusts products according to specific requirements. Production is then carried out at our own facilities in Taiwan in accordance with the approved manufacturing specifications.

Quality Management from Incoming Materials to Finished Products

Quality management begins when raw materials arrive at the facility and covers material verification, production processes, and finished product testing. Products are released only after meeting the applicable specifications.

Food Safety and Quality Standards for Different Products and Manufacturing Operations

SINGEN applies food safety and quality management systems according to the requirements of different products and manufacturing operations. Food manufacturing follows applicable food safety management standards, including ISO 22000 and HACCP, while veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing is managed under the GMP framework.

Quality Testing Records for Every Product Batch

SINGEN maintains relevant quality testing records for every product batch. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents the actual test results for the corresponding batch.

Basic testing includes microbiological and moisture analyses. Additional tests are conducted according to product characteristics and specific requirements. Certain products also have third-party testing reports, such as those issued by SGS, providing further quality information.

How Can You Verify Product Manufacturing and Quality Information?

Manufacturing facility details, batch numbers, and other relevant information can be found on product packaging. Related quality testing records are available through SINGEN’s official Lab Results page.

Selected products feature a QR code labeled “Scan to Access Quality Testing Information.” Scanning the code with a smartphone takes users directly to the Lab Results page, where available testing records for the product can be viewed.

Separate R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Systems for Different Markets

As its business has expanded, SINGEN has established separate R&D, manufacturing, and quality management systems for relevant products in Taiwan and Shanghai. Product development and manufacturing operations in the two locations are managed independently.
